To avoid all risk factors a balanced diet should be maintained for a long and healthy life. Ultimately it becomes a responsibility to make the right food choice.

The intake of vegetarian food and non-vegetarian food should be regulated so as not to harm the body.

Therefore, we should also remember that we don’t work to eat but we eat to work. One should not go for the quantity of food but one should stress more on the quality of food in order to live a healthy life which will be beneficial towards an individual.
